At Jaclyn Jones USA, we whole-heartedly believe that success begins where standards in values and culture meet commitment to design and quality. We hope to promote and encourage the fashion industry’s movement toward more transparent and mindful work environments and values.

Our founder, Jaclyn, has made a promise to uphold a standard of company culture that extends past just our office. The culture of a company encompasses all aspects of its supply chain. She has made it a point to work with factories that represent the same values, employee appreciation, and workplace culture. The factories that Jaclyn Jones USA works with embody a genuinely ethical, supportive and friendly atmosphere. A couple of our factories are family owned, and while the workers may not all be blood-related, the welcoming and kind environment still feels like family. We are also proud to note that the factories are equal opportunity employers where approximately half of factory employees are women.
